Sending output to led strip over via Ethernet doesn't work

Post by MosaicRob »

Hi Everyone,

I'm using the Advatek Pixlite boards to try and control WS2815 LED strips through Arena. https://www.advateklights.com/pixlite-4 ... trol-board

I set the IP of the boards in the Arena advanced output settings for my lumiverse (which contains the led strip as a fixture).

However there is no response from the strips. I've tried everything I can think of to troubleshoot this, but am at a loss. The strips respond fine from the boards "self-test" pattern, and I can see their IP and know they're connected to my macbook pro.... but they just don't seem to be getting any info from Arena (or I have something misconfigured).

Any advice for troubleshooting is appreciated! I'm stumped 🤔

what happens if you set your output to broadcast and then throw up a solid white color in arena?

can you ping the artnet controller?

Did you set the network interface in the Preferences - DMX? https://resolume.com/support/en/dmx#pic ... -interface
