Can't Find DigiGlitch Blend Mode

The DigiGlitch Blend Mode, mentioned below, seems to be missing from the current build:

So, turns out DigiGlitch was an experimental plugin which shouldn't have made it into the release in the first place.

Hopefully it finds it way into a future release. Was really excited when I saw it!
