Can’t Import anything into arena 6

Just purchased a new computer and transferred my license to my new one. Now I literally can’t import any file type into my composition. Won’t let me drag and drop from file explorer, and files do not show up in the files tab in resolume. The only way to drag them in is to drag the clip to my desktop, then off my desktop into resolume. Probably something super simple I’m missing. Same thing applies to Alley. Any help would be great! Running windows 10
