Hello,
I am running Arena 7.8 on MacbookPro 11.5.2.
I am using it to control mapped LEDs via Artnet, via LEDstripstudio SPI-MATRIX
SPI-Matrix is connected to router via ethernet and has IP of 192.168.1.147
With Macbook connected to same router via wifi, and my Luminverse targeting 192.168.1.147, all work great.
However, when I turn off wifi on Macbook, and connect to router with ethernet cable, I get no response from the SPI-MATRIX from Arena, despite being able to access the SPI-MATRIX via web browser (so macbook does see the SPI-MATRIX, and it has the same IP).
Any ideas why I can not control it via Ethernet? I would preferred a wired connection for stability/speed reasons.
Thanks,
-Rob
Wifi works, but not ethernet SPI-MATRIX
Re: Wifi works, but not ethernet SPI-MATRIX
Do you also switch the Art-net interface in the Resolume preferences to the wired one?
