Snapshot Images Populate to bottom layer

Post by Cassss512 »

So I'm doing this project with a lot of output snapshots and every time it takes one it populates the image to the bottom layer in an open slot. Is there any way to stop this from happening? I only need the snapshots in the folder so this just creates a process for me to have to go back and cut them out of the file later.

Currently there is no option to have the snapshots and recording not placed to the bottom layer.

Ok so I built a macro to cut the snapshot so they dont build up on the bottom layer but I have a new questions on this topic.

I need to change the snapshot destination which I hoped would follow the recording or clip recording in settings but it does not. Is there any way to tell Resolume what folder to put the snapshot in? I'm hoping to use a networked folder which works with recordings.

Currently you can't specify the snapshot path.
You can create a network share from the folder though.

I hope to see an option to turn this off. I primarily want to save snapshots to the folder for other use and definitely don't want them to be added to layer 1. It's easy to drag them in manually to a more specific location afterwards.
