RX 580 FPS problem

Hey there,

Running 7.9.0 , and have 2 x AMD RX 580s in the PC, running 3 outputs at 1080 each. At one input the playback is 60FPS, by the 3rd output we are hitting 16-20 FPS. The GPU is running at 20% max, and nothing is throttling. Any recommendations on a fix for this issue?

Activating outputs will always come with a performance hit, especially if the output is on a different GPU.
