Urgent: Online and Offline Registration not working

Hey All, this is semi urgent.

I have a valid license, but Resolume won't connect to the internet to renew it. Ive dug through all the forums here. At this point, I would do the offline registration, but resolume won't let me "unregister" so i can't even acquire an ID code.

The firewall is turned off
Resolume.com on a web browser works
The license is still registered to the computer within the software.
I tried unregistering it online, and through the software
I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it is STILL connected to that license.

The computer IS connected to the internet via wifi.

Ive tried to find the registration and delete it, but all i could find was a folder called Registration but no file within it.

Here is the results from "ping resolume.com" in the cmd prompt:

Sounds like a permission issue, try running Resolume with right click on the program icon - Run as Admin.
