LED wall off position

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help.

I'm using an office-led wall for a show.
Size 768px X 768px (ratio 1:1)

I've tried to load some content and it shows on half screen. It looks like the pixel is set to start in the middle.

Attached is a photo where I connect my feed.

You'll need to get with your hardware provider on that. it could be a million different things. Most likely mapping related. Whoever manages that hardware and mapped it will be the person who can help. Best of luck

Thank you Arvol, I end up solving the problem, using the software and putting back to 0:0
