Effects remain with clip when moved

I'm about to do my first live event and had a few questions:

I'd like effects to remain with a clip, even if I move it to a different location. Forgot where the setting for that is?

Is there a way to color the palette headers in the effects column? It would be cool to be able to know what the effect is based on it's color.

Maybe it's dev request, but numerical values on gain and falloff would be helpful. Any way to activate?

Place the effects to the clips, and they will move with your clip.

We have a ticket for being able to set specific colors for effects in a stack.

How would numerical values help you to set the gain and falloff?
To me, if I want to set something based on variable input, I move the dial, and watch where I like how you my param to reacts.
