Writing continues because of a windows setting?

Hello,
When recording sth went wrong and a window appeared that says resolume tries to save a .mov file to somewhere and asked permission and i hit the wrong button. Then after i have no possibility to record anything in resolume. It says writing and that's all. I reinstalled resolume 7.1 but no. I checked windows settings but couldn't find anything. I checked the antivirus program but no. And there was a driver installation program says many things, i deleted that but no result.

Please help me, i have work :=)

Check windows protected folder access.

Thanks a lot for your quick reply I checked windows settings but controlled folder is not accessible. It says
that my IT manager has limited access...Contact IT help desk it says. I attached the image of the window if needed. I will search for that.
