Switching Decks is very slow!

Hello there!
I have 3 Decks with only photo on it, and the photos are very small, like 500-600kb, 960x720
aNumber of photos for each decks are:
1) 200
2) 50
3) 100

and when I change decks it takes FOREVER! Randomly, 10 to 30 sec. Perhaps more, sometimes.
I have 64Gb of ram, and resolume and the photos are in the same SSD disk

How can I optimize this?

Deck switching is slowed down by thumbnails. For fun if you convert the images to single frame DXV (via alley) does this improve your performance?
