Pin Specific Layers in Dock?

Pin Specific Layers in Dock?

Is it possible to pin a specific layer as a dock tab?

It would help me a lot to have a particular FX layer's parameters always visible (like the dashboard master FX panel), rather than changing when I change layer focus.
