Alley not quitting with keyboard shortcut

Alley 7.13.2 not quitting with keyboard shortcut on Ventura 13.2.1 (All shortcuts on Alley menu are greyed out). Same problem on Mojave without the greyed out menu items but it's also giving me a crash report on start-up.
