Dongle not recognized on Mac! Help!

I bought a dongle, registered it on my home PC desktop successfully, but when I plug it into my Mac laptop it says I my updates are expired and to download Resolume 7.4. I did that but now nothing happens when the dongle is plugged it, it is not recognized in preferences. Please help!!! I've got a gig in 2 days!

Check the OSX privacy permissions to the removable USB volumes, and make sure Resolume is allowed to access them.
