When I reinstalled the Windows operating system, I am unable to open the software, and I need to troubleshoot the issue. However, when I create a new user on the same computer, the software works fine. I am not sure if this is related to ONEDRIVE.
I have created a new folder on my own and have not used the default ONEDRIVE folder.
