NDI static image refresh

Post by matus.gazdik »

Sometimes I'm using resolume for conference events. With my blackmagic I/O card full I tend to use NDI to cast screens from Presentation laptop and Sli.do laptop. When there is for longer time static picture, Resolume freezes on that picture, even after switching slides it remains on same output. Only thing that works is move cursor on laptop to refresh screen.
There is no missing frames or lagg when I run NDI monitor from NDI tools with resolume turned off. When running resolume, in NDI Monitor there is again issue with refreshing next slide.
I'm running 1Gbit network trough unmanageed switch.
Is there some setting I'm missing in resolume or windows network setup?

You mean you move the mouse on the sender machine, and then the NDI data refreshes on the receivers?

Yes , move mouse cursor on sender machine. When there is video content or non static content, there is no problem.

Using Newtek's screen capture, I don't get freezing video on another machine.
Are you using the latest NDI Tools?
