Have been converting some MP4 files to MOV via online cloud converter since Alley didn't take those resulting in "aborted" tag next to video in queue window.
But couple of days later even Mov files result in "aborted" in queue window. What could be the problem?
"Aborted" file in Alley
Re: "Aborted" file in Alley
If you have enough free space on the disk, could you send us the file you have issues with, to mail@resolume.com?
Thanks!

Re: "Aborted" file in Alley
Problem solved!
With assistance from the resolum team I figured out a solution, apparently there were some user restrictions on the folder I have stored the video previously. When I moved video to the download directory and dropped files to Alley from there, there was no problem with converting video
