I've been noticing when I run Resolume 7.17.3 in administrator mode in win 11, I am unable to drag and drop files such as .png into my composition. I get the red circle with the slash through it. When I drag from the "Files" tab in Resolume it works fine.

Yes, elevated privileges app can't access normal privileged resources.

Thank you. Im running as administrator because if I don’t, I randomly get a drop in FPS for a few seconds then my FPS goes back to normal. I have Arena added to the list of nvidia programs and set to max performance

Interesting, I wouldn't think that running as admin would give higher priority or stability to applications.
But you can change the priorities in the task manager. Task manager might also show that other app is putting load on the system when FPS falls.
