Alley video playback out of sync

Newbie here, delivering video elements with audio to a client in the DXV codec. I have the latest version of Alley with MacOS 12.7.1 and the latest version of Adobe Premiere 24.0. After exporting a file from Premiere using the DXV codec, while playing the file back in Alley, there is maybe a 10 frame delay with the video. When I bring the exact same DXV file into Premiere and playback, there is no delay in the video. Ch. 1 is LTC timecode and CH. 2 is music for reference. Could this be a Mac thing? This normal? Possibly corrected when in a project with timecode locked?

You got a good eye, i'm currently hunting a trigger delay of exactly 10 frames, the video is too slow to start but i'm not sure why yet.

Lol, 10 frames was an educated guess.
Guess another question I have is: Does Avenue / Arena use Alley to play the files in the background?

I rolled back to both Alley 7.16 & 7.15 and there's still the 10 frame delay with video.

I loaded 2 previous videos with talking head interviews into Alley, one a ProRes Quicktime and the other an h.264 mp4. In both cases the video is out of sync by the same amount.

Avenue / Arena do not use Alley at all.

We have introduced a new graphics api in Alley 7.14. This came with redesigned file readers to improve inter-frame support and reduce the effect that high-res / slow codecs have on the render performance. The problem of 10 frames delay is present in these new readers in Alley, not in Arena / Avenue.

If you want to roll back, you should download Alley 7.13.2 or older from our downloads page.
