Is resolume thinking about introducing AI features?

We are living in a era where AI is being used to do a lot of stuff.

A lot of new sites new apps new ideas are coming into life. Its a matter of time until someone decides to create a VJ software that automatically detects music/drops or beats or vibe, and creates a sincronized show automatically.

There already one AI hardware that claims that can detect in what part of the music it is (while live with no graph.) and knows if the music is in the build up or drop etc.

Would be cool to resolume to at least have someone responsible to look at new tech and specifically AI.

This summer we actually held a AI Summer Camp where each member of our team could pick an AI topic of their choosing to research for a week.
That ranged from trying to embed tensor flow models in Wire to a ChatGPT assistance for Arena.
So yes we try to follow AI developments and see whenever a development is interesting enough to spend some more time on.

Yeah maybe you are right! but i would love that resolume had some "Algorithms based on music phases" as well. Even if it was no true AI stuff.

Theres ways to connect to Pro dj link and know what part of the music you are, also get the wave form. and also know the bpm.

For eg with beat link trigger.

issue is that i cant use beat link trigger and resolume music connection at the same time.
