M3 MAX - capture device issue

Hi at all, I’ve a MacBook M3 MAX, all world fine, but if I put a source (usb hdmi capture, atem blackmagic, webcam) nothing happen! I drag the source in a layer, nothing happen. Someone can Help me?

The version is the last!

OSX privacy allowing Resolume to access cameras?
