FREEZE on startup - mp4 - 7.13.2, Sonoma

Arena V 7.13.2, Macbook Pro 16 2.6 6-Core Intel i7 16GB.
Sonoma 14.2.1

Sorry for any cross-posting, but I am kinda freaking out.
I have not launched Arena in a while, but last time I did, all was AOK.

Two days before show (of course), I open the rig, and nothing but beachball at startup.
I have renamed composition directory, and it opens fine. Then rename back, and back to beachball.

I have read several posts that there may be an issue with .mp4 video files, of which ALL my video content is.

Has that panned out to be the THE issue here?
Is the only solution to convert all video content, and rebuild the composition???

So I converted all .mp4s and the issue is resolved.
