Resolume Output Blinking Black

Hello! I would like to ask for your help in deciphering the cause of the error phenomenon below.

The error phenomenon appeared without any special history and I don't really know what to do with it. It is about the fact that the output display starts flashing black while the program is running.

The flashing is done only by the resolume output, if I close the display, the windows background does not flash, so the problem is probably not with the physical signal output.

Configuration:
Intel Core i7 8700K
16 GB of RAM
Nvidia GTX1650 Low Profile 4GB

The speed of the flashing often varies, there are cases where it only flashes sometimes, and cases where it does not flash at all. Restarting Resolume clears the problem, then it reappears after a while of running.

In your video, the output monitor seems to be black too.
Did the output also flicker when you made the screenshot?

If I may intervene, I think I've got some similar issue.

My system:
Intel Core i9-12900KF 3,2GHz
RAM 64GB
GPU MSI GEFORCE RTX 3080 Gaming Trio 12G Series
Windows 10 64bit PRO
Arena 7.21.3
Display 1: Resolume output
Display 2: Preview monitor
Display 3: Control monitor

When running a composition both preparing and live, I noticed some strange flickering displayed only on the output display and not in the Arena UI monitor.

After exhausting testing and several try-and-fail attempts, I concluded that the issue occurs whenever the display that hosts Arena UI (Display 3 in case above) is not clicked as "active" (i.e. the bar on the top is shown as "faint" grey colour, instead of "bright" grey colour) but instead it is considered as Arena is "working in the background". After I click on the bar of the Arena window, the flickering on the output display disappears.

For convenience reasons, I have disabled the feature "Desktop Peek" preview for taskbar Live Thumbnails (it dims already opened windows and displays Windows desktop, all together on all displays, a huge problem whenever something plays on main LED display as I try to find some other video file in Windows Explorer).
