Remote 25 SL not detected in 2.4

I have tested two different controllers BCD2000 and Ozone M-Audio with Resolume and they both work fine but when I attempt to connect and use the Remote 25 SL it doesnt show up in the midi preferences. I have searched the forums and did not find any relevant topics on the remote 25 SL. Am I doing something wrong? It should just show up when I connect the usb cable right?

Hi Kyle,
we have a remote 25 sl as well and it's working just fine. We didn't perform any special tricks to get it to work. Does it work fine in other software?

If the device wasn't connected before starting up resolume it will not show.
First close down resolume, connect your device and restart resolume.
Then it should show up.

Yes redetecting midi devices would be nice, it's up on our todo list but does not have high priority. We allready fixed this for the capture devices so we probably should do this for midi as well.
