Hello,
I recently switched from a PC to a Mac and transferred all my relevant files to ensure my MIDI mapping remains consistent across both devices. However, on the Mac, even though the MIDI shortcuts show the correct inputs, they don’t trigger any action unless I remap them. Essentially, remapping the controls doesn’t change their functionality, but it does enable the corresponding button to work afterward.
Is there a workaround for this? My MIDI board is definitely registering the outputs correctly, as the corresponding button lights up when I click a clip, but using the button itself does nothing.
Thanks! I’m really trying to resolve this issue.

Re: Midi issues transferring between computers
Unfortunately, there isn't. This has to do with the fact that PC and Mac name their devices just a little bit different. So unfortunately Arena can't find the new device, although you see it, it's not really working and you have to put it back on every shortcut you have. I know this is very annoying but at the moment it's the only way unfortunately, but you only have to do it once then everything should be back to normal.
