instalation ok but nothing is working

Post by pkokoras »

Hi,

I would just like to share with you the solution I found for my installation problem.
In order Resolume to be the "My Documents" folder must look on C: hard disk and not an external HD and the name should not be other than "My Documents".

HOWEVER,
although Resolume starts now it doesn't show neither the effects nor the sources. Besides, it doesn't seem to keep and play the .avi files I drug into the 20 matrices.

I am looking forward for any help.

how it can be work!

iam new to resolume... but i´ve found an option how it runs ;)

check your boot.ini and make sure u have set the 3Gig Ram switch off....
or do an 2nd boot menu entry

look on my boot.ini

the 2nd option works for resolume... the 1st one is for general use

[boot loader]
timeout=5
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP 3Gg Ram switch" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect /3GB /USERVA=2990
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP normal" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect

maybe it helps
