This is all i get when I open Avenue...

So I have a MBP, 2.4, four gigs of ram, yaddayaddayadda, and all i get is this white box with no access to any of the controls. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,
You are probably not doing anything wrong, but might i ask which MBP you have? And what type of videocard do you have. We need to have some more info to be able to track down problems.

Please send us the log file that Avenue creates on your computer:
MAC: /Users/[username]/Library/Logs/Resolume Avenue 3 log.txt
PC: C:/Documents and Settings/[username]/Application Data/Resolume/Resolume Avenue 3 log.txt

Hopefully that will show us what is going wrong.
