Feedback is still does not seem to work

ive tried on 2 win xp mechines one xp pro and the other xp home.

Yeah we know it's a really nasty bug that one, in only happens on Windows, it works just fine in debug build but not in release.
We have been scratching our heads over this and trying different approaches but to no avail ;-(
