Looking for More Exact Audio Manipulation

I would like to see a zoom-like feature that lets you zoom into the audio to make the in/out point, as well as cue markers. That way it is way more exact. A warp feature like Ableton would be the illest, but exact audio marking would be a great feature.

Yes more control over this would indeed be nice.
Untill then you can use the Quicklook feature to gain bigger transport panel and use the Ctrl (Command) key down while dragging the in- out points to have some more control.
