Midi mapping clip scrub problems

Post by zeropoint »

Hello

I am trying to map an endless encoder on a faderfox to the clip scrub. Despite the fact that I have a separate encoder mapped (different cc number) to the loop length, when I scrub the clip towards the start point the start bracket moves too. I am running Avenue synched to Ableton Live with BPM sync turned on for the clip.

Also I am getting a lot of crashes - Avenue and Live, one or other or both......

Thanks
Macbook Pro 17" 2.93ghz, 4G Ram, OSX 10.5.7, Live 8.2.2, Avenue 3.3.1, Faderfoxes LV2,DJ2, LD2, Monome 40h.

I also miss the possibility to scratch a clip even though it is in BPM-mode, like it worked in resolume 2.41.

There also seems to be a bug in the midi an keyboard mapping of the timeline-/BPM-mode button. It is possible to map keyboard or midi key to that button but it doesn't react if you press the key.
