dashboard knobs/mapping (layer / clip)

Hi!

I have discovered a strange behaviour when mapping dashboard knobs of layers. It looks like it is necessary to change the mapping of "Link1" to any other link (e.g. "Link2") and then back to "Link1" to make it work (please see the video (rename to .mov)). Dashboard mappings for clips do not work at all (at least not for me).

Hope it's okay to post a video!?

Hmm I see that it's indeed going "wrong" when there is no clip playing in any of the layers.

Dashboard mappings for clips do not work at all (at least not for me).

Same here, if the clip is not playing the dashboard dials indeed do not link correctly, when it does play it works fine. We,ll see if we can fix this.

Just to let you know: if I run a clip (in a layer) and add a clip effect, it works the same way like layer effects do. (switch from "Link1" to "Link2" and back to "Link1" and everything is in sync)
