Mapping timeline/bpm switch not working

hey resolume team!

i asked for that in a post some time ago but go no answer, so again please tell me...
it seems to be possible to map the timeline/bpm switch to a keyboard or midi key but the key then isn't working. can you confirm that or am I doing anything wrong?
it would be really useful to switch the play mode of a clip with a key and not only by mouse. especially if it isn't possible to scratch a clip in bmp-mode like it worked in resolume 2.41.
