jpg don't work

Post by beatles »

hi

i tried to import a jpg file in a colum. the bar under the window changes to yellow like a object is in the window but i can't see the jpg. also i don't see something in the output monitor (see the attachment)

why does this jpg file doesn't work? i generate this jpg-file in photoshop. the size of the file is 4.7 mb. is the size to big for a import of a jpg file?

thanks for your help

another question: gif files i can not import. does avenue don't support gif-files?

hi

i tried another jpg-file, which works in avenue but it's a lower size (85 kb).....
i can't upload the jpg-file because of the size. there are only 2 mb for upload (attachment) allowed...

i try to make the file smaller and try it again to import in avenue.

thanks for your help

There is no file size limit, but there is a resolution limit.
You can only load pictures up to 4096x4096.

We don't support .gif, but we do support .png files, so i suggest using the .png format especially if you need an alpha channel.
