SUGG: Option to "Hold Last Frame"

This would be a useful option in certain sitautions e.g. where a video clip ends with a slogan, punchline, key message or image, to be able to hold the last frame until layer emptied or whatever.

I have an animation where an object is assembled from pieces, so it would be nice to be able to hold the final image without having to quickly flip to another clip which just shows the last frame.

Or maybe I just need the Pause option? But that's another action to remember to do when I'm coordinating a lot of other stuff at the same time.
