[request] keep layer names & numbers consistent

I notice that when you move layers around, their names when originally created follow them around.

So if you have from top to bottom (layer 3, layer 2, layer 1) and then use the arrow buttons to move layer 1 to the top, you end up with them labelled (layer 1, layer 3, layer 2). This is fine if you want to keep consistent labels - however, the labels no longer correspond to the OSC addressing, which is based on fixed position.

Would very much like it if there was a fixed numeric prefix on the screen that always corresponded to the OSC address of a layer, eg. 1: layer 1, 2: backgrounds, etc.
