Hey Edwin and Bart, the new R3 update now allows me to run R3 and ableton on the same computer. Thank you so much. Now that this is working, I can restart my live AV looping aspirations.
Right now I am able to do flawless pre-recorded R3/ableton stuff. However, my goal is to achieve live AV looping. I can hit record in ableton, and have the same button trigger the recording in r3, and stop both clips...... however the recording in r3 is not "on the grid". It also then has to write the video.
I am content with all my audio being in ableton. All I need is for the recording in r3, to be beat snapped like triggering clips and to be able to loop without stopping, when the recording is stopped.
