that's what happened.
Halfway through set, not other problems but suddenly none of my swf clips would play.
Rebooted and they came back!

It doesn't time-out or anything does it?

erhm no you must have experienced some sort of bug (that we never heard of before) ... there is no timeout on flash usage ;-)
