Strange... That should definitely not happen. Do you have the same issue when playing the files in Avenue?

my resolume is on my laptop and im just tryin to make some edits on final cut before i go to that....

i bought the 49 euro NTSC packs for 2 of the new ones in HD

the avi files just show a white blank image....and the mov files flicker like i mentioned...

can someone please help...i just spent 100 euros and the videos i bought cannot be used...
is it a codec issue?
can i get a lower resolution just so i can use them?
my gig is tomorrow night and this is killing me...

any help is REALLY appreciated......i dont have much money and am starting to wish i had not spent it on these loops....

thank you in advance....i will keep trying to get over this....

sincerely

Hey Kotep

I'm very sorry to hear you are having so much trouble.

If I understand you correctly, the files do play back correctly on your laptop with Resolume installed? If this is the case, my first bet would be that it is indeed a codec issue. The .avi files are Indeo compressed, which won't play back on a Mac. The .movs however are Photo-JPEG, which should play fine with FCP or Quicktime player. Do you have any additional codec packs installed?
