i think from the workflow, performance and hopefully the source code it should be possible to use Keyframes on parameters f.e. in timeline modus! i don't know how much work it is to implement, but if this thing would work, it would be great (also with a linear and non-linear mode)!
my next whish i already announced was something like adjustment-layers!
if these features would be realized then really a huge amount of (vj) work can be done live instead in after effects or similar programs (expect special effects etc...)!

Wow. That would change Resolume from a realtime VJ app into a full fledged compositing app! Although I can definitely see the appeal of this, and some ideas towards this have been thrown around the office, changes like this (both in the backend and the way Avenue is used) would take a lot of time to research, develop and implement properly. So for the time being, don't hold your breath waiting for it

i thought there's a possible workaround with osc ..
so you send notes and fader signals to one clip (but osc is just like application and not composition mapping, am i right? )
anyway, it woult be nice maybe for resolume 4 or so
