MIDI Cue Points are getting lost

Hi,
I recently got a Korg NanoPAD to use with resolume but i came across with a very annoying problem:
Everything works fine when assigning the cue points at several places across a clip on to my pad . However, when I switch to another clip and then back to the clip that I had previously assigned the cue points the cue points are lost which means I have to do the same thing again and again for every video clip.

Any suggerstions guys?

Are you using 'Composition MIDI mapping' or 'Application MIDI mapping'. With composition midi mapping all clips have their own unique shortcuts. If you use 'Application mapping shortcuts are stored on application level and will be the same for each clip.
