So let's say I want to capture the output from Resolume, and feed it into a Skype (or other video streamer), what is the best way to do this?
As far as I can tell, the most effective way is to use two computers, and a scan converter/digitizer:
Computer A is running Resolume, and outputs VGA to something like a Canopus Twinpact (combined scan converter + video digitizer). Computer B takes the Firewire output from the Twinpact (which looks just like an external camera) and sends it to Skype.
Since the Twinpact has a "through" connector for VGA, you could still be getting full resolution output in one location, and just "copying" it for streaming.
Is there a better way to do this? Is there a way to capture what is going to a projector, and stream it?

U could use something like manycam http://www.manycam.com/user_guide/#SourcesTab. Tell it to take the desktop as source material. I don't know if the performance is any good but you won't need a 2 computer setup.
