DXV batch failures

I am finding that batching clips to Quicktime DXV's in Compressor results in a non-descript failure. Using the regular 'Batch Export' feature in Final Cut Pro causes FCP to crash (poof) when exporting to DXV. I am using FCP 6.0.6.

If I manually export single files in Quicktime Pro itself, it works fine. But batching would make life a lot more convenient for sure.

Using a 1st-gen MacBook Pro with 10.5.8.

Any ideas?

We haven't tested extensively with Compressor, but a quick test batch encoding a couple of Photo-JPEG clips worked fine for us. Are you running any codec packs, or other things which may interfere with the encoding process?
