Using Fraps to record

Has anyone managed to use Fraps to record anything other than the output monitor in the program window??? :roll:
desktop: Windows 7 64bit , i7 920 2.66Ghz, 12Gb Ram, GTX 950 2Go, WD Velociraptor 300Go, terratec asio phase 26 usb soundcard & midi,Novation Nocturn controlpad, Akai MPK mini, and soon to come : BCR 2000 :))

there is a tiny bit in here which says fraps can be a little shaky when it comes to getting the fps correct.

by the look of your rig im surprised you'd have any problems.

also have you considered an external recording device? :)

its not the fps, thats great, getting a stable 30fps, it's just the focus of the Fraps recording window thats a problem. :(
