Export settings PREMIERE cs4 (now in English:))

I wrote it in Dutch before... so NOW translation:

Operating System: WINDOWS XP
Processor: Intel(R)core(TM)2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00 GHz
Videocard: ATI radeon X1400


I always worked with Premiere CS3, and the export settings were always very clear in the manual! and worked very well.
Now i work with cs4 and i noticed a few shortcomings...
For example when i try to export like it's written in the manual :
Microsoft avi / Indeo Video 5.10 / 640:480 / Square pixel / Deinterlace / Keyframe 1 every frame

some things i just can't find:
- 640:480 ( i don't see if 4:3 is right in this combination)
- Square pixel : a black border up and under... which never apear before.
- No option for deinterlace ( but i guess it's the same when you click deinterlace in the clip itself...)
- But the most important: Keyframes, i don't see where i can select: 1 keyframe every frame


Does someone know a good export setting for resolume 2.41, out of premiere CS4???
Or do i miss something!!

would be great if i can solve it so i can start exporting

Well, I don't work with Premiere myself, but those options are basic video compression options. Other suggestions for settings would still include some if not all of them. So I think you're better off looking through the Premiere manual to see how they've changed things between CS3 and CS4. It's not much of help I suppose, but it's the best answer I can give you.
