Change Effects by ArtNet / DMX

Hi, would be nice to have the effects in each layer swapable by dmx / artnet. For now, i just put all effects i need in the layer and turn them on and off by artnet, but thats some waste of channels and universes when working with 10 or more layers. Just needs to be one channel and channel value (1-255) changes the effects.

What are your experiences with DMX so far, we would like to have more Feedback on the DMX functionality. Next to the effect loading are there any other features you miss or problems you found?

The functionality so far is okay. Used the Enntec Interface so far, but now, i switched over to artnet, cause my console is supporting this from now on. The change of the effects by DMX is one think i'm missing at the moment. Saving an own DMX map to XML would be also great. Otherwise we have to work with something like an "emptyshow" where all the dmx mapping is done so far, and just swap out the content.
Another good function would be integration of a mediaserver. I had a look at LSC Clarity (DMX Lightning Console) and Arkaos Mediamaster. There you have all the Videocontent as Preview in the Lightning Software, connected Arkaos as Realtime Mediaserver.
