Hey guys
You might start to hate me for all these nice "little" improvement ideas ... but here is another one:
Would come really handy to set cue points already in the Adobe tools (Premiere or After Effects)!
Here is how it could work: You set markers in i.e. After Effects, name them like "cue1". When rendering that clip you switch on the automatic export of XMP files, which contain all meta data. When importing your rendered clip into Avenue afterwards, Avenue checks if there is a xmp file of the same name, and if so, it scans it (it's just an xml file) for the makers with that given name scheme. If it finds some, these are used to preset the cue points.
That concept could also be extended for other meta infos. And for other tools using XMP!
What do you think?
Marcel

I can definitely get this working with MAX/MSP. Bit short in time these days but I'll try my best.
