videos don't play smoothly

Hi,

I've been using resolume and DXV codec for some time, but i never realised this thing
with dynamic VJ loops, but now i work on a fashion show and i have a bunch of artbeat
smooth videos like liquid smoke etc. And i see that videos even DXVs don't playback smoothly..
There is a little twitching... It's not caused by encoding, even DXV videos are ok in QT, but
playback in Resolume is not smooth.....

Is this regular Resolume thing??

videos are only 432x576, and played thru eSata ext HDD 7200rpm, i even defragmented the disk, so there
should be no problem... Resolume shows 60 fps

It sounds like there is something weird going on here. A DXV file that plays smooth in Quicktime, should play smooth in Avenue, if not smoother. Could you send us the file?
