files play on mac, but not on pc

I have a strange problem that has occured. I run resolume avenue from my mac, all working perfectly. I have a gig on Saturday in a club with a system running resolume on a PC, the system is mapped through 3 projectors.
As the system is set up on the club PC, I thought the easiest way to test the system would be to import a bunch of files and work from the club set up. However, when I import my files from my harddrive, the files will not play on the PC.
the files play on my mac fine, all clips are in the DXV codec (this is the codec for all the files on the pc system too) But when I bring in to the windows folder they will not play at all. I tried to play on windows media player and in quicktime, and i keep getting codec error messages.

Am i missing something really simple here? I don't understand why the files wont play on the system. I tested other PCs and they files work fine. It is just the club PC that will give me no joy.
I have also tried loading just a basic JPEG codec file, no matter what codec I use, nothing will play at all
If anyone could give me any tips as to why this may be happening it would be great!

hmm... seems like something is wrong with the pc and resolume
maybe the graphic drivers?
but also quicktime should play the dxv files!
try:
install new quicktime version (in the default folder)
install dxv codec

if it still won't work, maybe the graphic drivers are not good ones for resolume.
i think nvidia drivers have troubles sometimes...

and which windows is running on the pc?
