HELP! cant load clips

Ok so I just got quicktime pro and none of the clips i have downloaded show up in the "Files" box.... did i download them wrong or is there another way to load them into the program??

You don't need Quicktime Pro to be able to load Quicktime (.mov) files. Quicktime is of course already installed on OSX but in Windows you'll have to download Quicktime (not pro) from the Apple site.
You should see the files in the 'Files' tab as and you can also drop files from the 'Finder' or 'Explorer'. We don't support .mp4 files although renaming them to .mov actually works
