Output Monitor strange issue

Image is 640X480, Composition settings 640X480. why the image in the output monitor looks Jagged? all image parameters are untouched ( except for scale so you can notice the problem) and because of the strange issue I cant get a full 640X480 on the screen I project to.

Are you talking about the edges of the images? It looks as if the Y rotation value is not exactly 0. Could be on the composition, layer or clip level. can't tell from your screenshot.

here is another sample this time I hope you can see the problem. Y factor is at 0 for layer and composition and the video is 640X480 as is the composition settings. why this jagged at the right edges ?
